Defect Hider
Build a hidden weld case. Send a short code or link to a friend. They raster the probe, examine the A-scan, report their calls, and reveal your actual defects when they submit.

Draw your hidden defects
Choose a defect family, then draw directly in both views. The cross-section sets axial position and depth; the top view sets length along the weld. Nothing is visible to the challenger until they submit.
Trace a crack, LOF line, pore or inclusion where it physically belongs. OD at top, ID at bottom. Use your finger, mouse or stylus.
Drag vertically to set the indication length, or trace a curved footprint. The gold line is weld centreline.
The defect type controls its physical weld depth and axial position. You choose its position along the weld; variations change its geometry slightly. Up to five defects, minimum 22 mm separation.
Find the hidden discontinuities
SEALED CHALLENGEMove the probe over the plate. The centre line is gold; the A-scan responds to whatever the beam intersects. Hidden defects are not marked until grading.
Your inspection report
Enter the indications you found. Depth is from OD to the deepest point; axial is signed relative to centreline (left − / right +). Estimate length by scanning along the weld. Report only what you actually find—false calls cost points.
